The Ecumenical Creeds
The Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, the Definition of Chalcedon and the Athanasian Creed, in the English of Philip Schaff's edition. The Nicene Creed is the form the Western churches confess, with "and the Son"; the Orthodox churches confess it without those words.
Text from Philip Schaff, The Creeds of Christendom, volume 2 (1877), at the Christian Classics Ethereal Library. Public domain. Schaff's bracketed glosses are left out.
